Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth strategy. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and work closely with our technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet market demands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software outsourcing and IT services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the software or IT industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and outsourcing models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
